<reviewbody>I stumbled across this band by chance from their label Lost Children. This is a truly wonderful album that builds on the post-rock classical stylings of their first two albums, but takes their craft to new heights.

The whole album is written as one suite, containing themes and movements like any classical piece, yet the music is performed using rock instrumentation with expert control and creative use of effects to shape the sound of the music.

While the whole album must be consumed as one piece for any of the songs to make sense, the songs I found to be particularly shining on the album: Adam, the first track that really sets the tone for the album to follow; Change Theory, with its intricate guitar work and slow moving chord changes; and Quiet Summer Dreams, what I consider the emotional climax of the album, with 2 quiet tracks to follow that serve as a dénouement to wrap up the end of the album.

This is an excellent album for driving, working and when you're actively engaged in activity, and it's just as good for relaxing listening while stealing a nap or simply winding down after a stressful day.

This album sets the bar high for Loss of a Child, and will likely stand out as an outstanding testament to the musical talents of the group for years to come.</reviewbody>
